Baraj Play Terms & Conditions – Complete Rules for Using the Platform

Baraj Play is an online Sports Betting and casino platform operated through the barajplay.ws website and mobile app. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Baraj Play and its members.

Registration requires your name, mobile number, and a password. For large withdrawals, identity verification via national ID may be required (KYC process). Baraj Play reserves the right to close any account registered with false information at any time, and the balance may be forfeited.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Deposits are usually credited to your balance within 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
• Bets cannot be placed until a deposit has been confirmed.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a verified mobile banking account.
• Withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–10 minutes.
• KYC verification may be required at the time of your first major withdrawal.
• Baraj Play reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

Baraj Play offers a range of bonuses and promotions – including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms.

• Withdrawals are not permitted until the required wagering conditions attached to a bonus have been met.
• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and is available once per member.
• Bets placed using bonus funds must generally have minimum odds of 1.5 or higher.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or via VPN will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Baraj Play reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been completed.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Baraj Play:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out feature is available).
• The odds at the time a bet is placed are final. Any subsequent changes in odds will not affect existing bets.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Baraj Play reserves the right to void that bet.
• Pre-match markets for a game will close once the match has kicked off.
• Baraj Play is not liable for bets that fail to go through due to connectivity issues during live betting.

Bet Settlement Rules:

• Bets will be settled based on the official result of the match.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally voided and stakes are returned.
• In the event of a dispute over results, Baraj Play's decision is final.

If suspicious betting patterns, match fixing, or any form of manipulation are detected, Baraj Play will void the bets in question and the associated account will be subject to investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baraj Play and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Attempting to hack or launch a cyber attack on Baraj Play's systems.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Providing false or misleading information on the platform.

Baraj Play reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete registration details.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion or responsible betting request.

Members may also close their own accounts at any time. Any available balance should be withdrawn before closing an account. Re-registration after account closure is subject to Baraj Play's discretion.

Baraj Play takes the protection of members' personal information very seriously. Details collected at registration — including name, mobile number, and ID information — are used solely to provide services and ensure security.
